Post-Match Report System
If you see anything suspicious or upsetting during your matches (such as an inappropriate or offensive player name), you can report the offending player(s) to us directly via the Post-Match Report System.
When you finish a match, you’ll see the Battle Result table appear on your screen.
1. In the Report column, tap the icon beside the name of the player you wish to report. Doing so will open the ‘Report’ window.
2. Select from the list of abuse categories the one that best fits the offending player’s infraction(s).
The reportable categories are:
-Offensive/Inappropriate name
-Elo bombing/AFK
-Gameplay hacking (fire-rate/damage…)
-Progression hacking (unbalanced weapons and gear…)
-Other
3. Include additional details in the textbox below your selected category, as this will ensure we have as much information as possible for our investigation and any actions we might take afterwards.
4. Tap ‘Send’ and the submitted report will become visible on our database for review.
We will investigate every report that is sent to us. However, for security and confidentiality reasons, we will not be able to disclose any details or outcomes of the investigation process.
Global & Region Chat
With the Global and Region chat features, you can interact with your fellow players, make friends and maybe even find new recruits for your Squad.
However, we understand that some players might post comments that go against our community spirit and negatively affect the general player experience in the game. For this reason we’ve implemented a method for you to report these players’ comments to us.
When you see an inappropriate or offensive comment in the chat, you can report it via the following steps:
1. On the chat screen, tap the name of the player you wish to report. This will display their ‘Player Profile’ window
2. Tap ‘Report’. This will display the ‘Report’ window as seen below.
3. Select the Abuse Type.The Abuse Types you can report are:
-Cheat or Hack
-Child solicitation or violence
-Harassment or stalking
-Hate speech or derogatory religious references
-Offensive language or content
-Real life threat
-Scrolling or excessive chat
-Sexual, obscene or vulgar content
-Spam or advertising
4. Tap ‘Send’ and the submitted report will become visible on our database for review.
As seen in the image above and to the right, you’ll also have the option to mute the offending player for up to one week as well, and this way any further comments they post won’t be visible to you for the selected duration of time.
We will investigate every report that is sent to us. However, for security and confidentiality reasons we will not be able to disclose any details or outcomes of the investigation process.
