If you purchased an upgrade and the countdown timer is stuck, the most common reason is a change in your device's Date/Time settings after the timer started. If this is a common occurance, make sure you don't change your device's Date/Time during an upgrade delivery.
To fix the issue, please set the correct date and time on your device. The most convenient way to resolve this is by enabling automatic Date & Time detection.
Android (Google)
1) Make sure that you have the latest version of Android.
2) Enable automatic time detection
- Navigate to your device's settings
- Scroll down and tap on System.
- Tap on Date & time.
- Scroll down and tap on System.
- Tap on Date & time.
- Tap on the toggle next to Use network-provided time zone
- If you already had it active, tap to disable it, wait for a few seconds, and re-enable it
iOS (Apple)

2) Allow your device to use its current location to determine the correct time zone
