Overview
The Arena Challenge is an extension of Sniper3D’s online PVP mode. Instead of playing individual matches, you will participate in a series of rounds, collecting rewards along the way based on your placement in each match. There are 50 total rounds, with the last one having the exclusive tier 25 MSR Rifle as the reward.
How do I play the Arena Challenge?
The Arena Challenge is available to everyone after unlocking PvP and accumulating at least 200 trophies. Once unlocked, it can be accessed through its own tab inside the PvP interface.
You can participate in the arena challenge as many times as you want. However, it's worth noting that the first participation every 24 hours is free - and additional playthroughs cost a small fee (200 diamonds). Keep in mind that the 24 hours start counting from the point where you forfeit or finish your previous challenge.
How does it work?
As mentioned, the Arena Challenge is divided into 50 total rounds. Every round is just an ordinary PvP match, in which you can accumulate rewards based on your performance.
In order to progress through the challenge, you need to place in at least 6th place, as this will qualify you for the next round. The exception to this rule is when you are playing a bonus round.
Bonus rounds appear every 5 rounds (5, 10, 15, 20), and have the following special rules and rewards:
- All players advance to the next round regardless of placement.
- Any player that places 7th or 8th gets the same prizes than players who place 5th or 6th.
- Any player that places 1st or 2nd gets a random weapon they don’t own instead of Battle Tokens.
At any point after a match, you can decide to cash out. This will end the challenge, and you’ll receive all the prizes you’ve accumulated. However, if you don’t cash out in time and end up failing a round, you will have the following options:
- Forfeit the challenge and lose all rewards accumulated
- Purchase a Continue using diamonds
If you decide to continue, you will be put back into the round that was lost, and still keep all the prizes you’ve accumulated thus far.
If you decide to forfeit the challenge, then you will lose all those rewards instead.
The challenge will end in one of 3 ways:
The challenge will end in one of 3 ways:
- WIN: When you complete all 50 levels
- FORFEIT: Whenever you fail a round and decide to forfeit
- CASH-OUT: If you decide to cash out before failing a round
Rewards
After each round you will accumulate prizes depending on your placement within the match:
- 1st and 2nd: Battle Tokens
- 3rd and 4th: Large Coins Pack
- 5th and 6th: Small Coins Pack
- 7th and 8th: Fail Round
However, until you leave the challenge, the prizes will not be applied to your account. In order to effectively gain these prizes, you need to meet one of the two conditions below:
- WIN: When you complete all 50 levels
- CASH-OUT: If you decide to cash out before failing a round
The cash-out feature is called "Give up and Collect", with the button being located next to the "Start Challenge" button. By cashing out you get all of the rewards they've accumulated, and the challenge progress will reset.
As well as cashing out, once you complete all 50 rounds of the challenge, the challenge will be over and you will automatically receive all of the rewards you have collected. When you complete all 50 levels of the Arena Challenge for the first time EVER, as well as the rewards, you will also get all of the diamonds you spent as Continues back in double! Remember though, you are only eligible for double diamonds back during the first Arena Challenge run that you complete all the way until the end!
*Example: If you fail 5x during a challenge (spending a total of 12600 diamonds on Continues), you will receive 25200 (12600 x 2) diamonds as a bonus prize at the end.
